2013 Summer Camp

Hi everyone – we have decided not to have a Registration night for camp this year, but you can mail your form and deposit to Natalie or Jen. The deposit is $100 per camper, and the deadline for registrations is July 26th so we can have money in the bank to pay for the deposit for Camp Triumph.

Please contact Natalie or Jen via email or telephone for our mailing addresses.

Thanks,
Natalie

More camp information

This is just a quick post to let you all know that I will be emailing out a schedule within the next few days (hopefully by Monday August 20 at the latest) for camp and what we get to look forward to, I hope you are all praying for sunshine so we can enjoy the supervised beach at Cabot Park! We have had a few staffing changes, most annoying to me being that my parents are unable to attend due to my mother breaking her ankle (bah!) but everything is looking really good for the camp, with wonderful menus and lots of musical learning going to be happening… And not long now, only 10 days more!

I will also be emailing out a packing list to everyone so you can get started laying things out in preparation…

Thanks,
Natalie

Indian River Concert August 26, 2012

I am trying to finalize numbers for tickets for the concert on August 26th at Indian River. If you remember, Singing Strings students and their families can get $10 tickets to the 7:30pm concert at Indian River on Sunday, August 26th. This works out well for those of us going to camp, as we can drop things at the camp, go to the concert and then return to the camp and sleep there in preparation for the crazy camp week. But for those of you not going to camp, these tickets are also available and I would encourage you all to attend what I am sure will be a fabulous concert!

Please let Natalie know via email if you would like tickets by Monday, August 20 as we need to let the box office know what tickets we require. This is a great deal, so I would encourage you all to take part, especially as they are playing one of my favorite pieces, the Schubert String Quintet!

Many thanks,

Natalie
